Sir I got 70.97 percentile in jee main 2019 belonging to OBC category.Can I get NIT seat sir?

Hello dear!
As you have obtained 70.97 percentile in jee main and also you are lying under Obc-ncl category.Since qualification category for Obc-ncl category is 74.31, therefore you are not qualified. You will not get any NITs.
