Dear Sir / ma'm, according to the eligibility rule for the NEET UG, you need to keep an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 12th board examination if you are general and if you are from a reserved caste, then it drops down to 40%. So, according to your aforesaid scores, yes you are eligible to write the NEET UG.
