Sir i got 80.99 percentiles in jee mains and I'm an ST candidate so i want to know my rank and can i get good NIT

As you worked for 89 percentile in the jee main it is good thing. And as per your query about the rank. Approximately you can secure 1.5L (AIR) rank . Not category rank. So with that rank you can secure a NIT on the basis of the previous records of 2019
