Dear Gaurav,

You can't get admission in Bhagalpur engineering college or MIT Muzaffarpur on the basis of JEE main rank because these colleges are not accepting the marks of JEE mains.

If you want to get admission in Bhagalpur engineering college or MIT Muzaffarpur, you have to crack the BCECE with good marks, this is the exam conducted by Bihar government for their state engineering Colleges.

If they accept the score of JEE mains then you have a chance but I am not sure because their admission pattern has changed, so I can't gess properly.
