As per your score in jee mains 2019 it is difficult to get govt. college on 92.05 score but if you attend all the round till last youy may have chance to get last seat if possible . If you belong to SC or ST category then you may get any seat in govt. cengg college.

As your score in Jee mains examination is 92.05 percentile and You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.
If you have qualified jee mains , you are eligible to write JEE advanced.
