Hello, you have not mentioned your  rank in Jee mains but since, you have mentioned your category it would definitely help you.
At this percentile it will be very diffult to get any top 10 Nit with a good branch from last year cutoff but may be you would get branches like production engineering, biotechnology . But this also looks very diffult.  Cutoff changes every year. Apply for Jossa counseling and then Csab counseling .Refer to the link for finding colleges based on your rank.
