As your percentile is 95.677322 according to that your general rank might be around 50,000 which is not a decent for getting NITs but as you have advantage of OBC reservation of 27% by which you can knock lower rank NITs CIVIL branch easily. So go for counselling and fill your choices carefully, first choose what you prefer most because sometimes seats are left vacant so you can have chances in later rounds of counselling.

Dear aspirant, according to your percentile in jee mains your obc rank will be in between 10k-11k you have less chance to get CSE in good nits but you can get in civil engineering in various nits like NIT jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur,NIT rourkela.
