Well your score looks decent to me. There are fair chances to get a call from top colleges. I can't assure you a call from sibm and scmhrd because percentile there remains on a higher side.
Sana you need to understand one thing that snap cutoff is based on few things.

Number of candidates' passing the SNAP test

Difficulty level of the question paper
