For now write NEET because you do not how the results will come in your CBSE board. What if you get lucky and pass in all the subjects? Then if you dont write NEET, you will have wasted 1 year. So if you are writing your exams, give your best not worrying whether you will pass or not. Do not write your exams with that in your mind. If you pass in your CBSE, you can write NEET. But if you do not by any chance, do not worry because no you can write NEET any no,of times and so you can write your compartment exams and NEET next time. But now your priority should be your 12th exams and if you completed your exams, focus on NEET preparation. Give it your best shot. Even if you fail in your boards exam , even then you will be able to write the neet 2020 examination as officials don't check your class 12th results at the examination center so you can give neet without any problem

But yes if you fail in your board examination then even if you clear neet examination , you will still not be eligible to take admission in medical colleges .
Because you failed to fulfil neet eligibity criteria which says you need to pass in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % aggregate in pcb for general category
