Hope you are doing well. See if you have qualified your 12th standard from a recognised board ,then your eligible to apply for NEET . You should carry both your marksheets while admission into the allotted college . You can also do MBBS from abroad,there won't be a problem .
The only thing you need is that you have qualified both in your boards and in NEET.You can also check the eligibility criteria in the carriers360 website .
Also,there is no relation between your NEET result and your VISA.
