sir i have 2 board certificate bihar and nios board but in jee mains form i have filled nios in jeeadv registration can i upload bihar board

As per the guidance of NTA you can't be able to fill the percentage of two different board's. Since you have filled the NIOS board then go with that only , don't change the name of your board.
