Sir I have all India rank 1967 and OBC rank 666. Am I get any NIT college???

It would be much better if could mention which exam You are talking about.
If you are talking about jee mains then I would say that you have great chances of getting admission in Nits with this rank as per the previous years cutoff.
You can get into Nit trichy,surahkal,warangal,etc.
