U cannot complain because upsee has told earlier that to transfer the fees from one college to another is the responsibility of student itself and it depends upon the college to transfer the fees

but aictc tell that college should not take full tution fee whenever student cancel there admission, and ims approved by aictc mean college should follow all rule of aictc
