since you have got your confirmation page you don't need to worry about the site showing server errors because due to overload open it comes up to search technical glitches
you can be rest assured that you will be getting your admit card and you will be able to give the examination on the aforesaid date since you already have the confirmation page with you
keep your calm and prepare well for the exams instead of worrying about petty issues

If you have got the confirmation page, you shouldn't worry about non-submission. It represents you have made the payment and your application has been submitted. 

Furthermore, to login, you can try following things: 

• Try logging in by first closing all the opened tabs and then closing the windows. 
• Try Logging in through incognito window. 
• Try Logging in through another browser. 
• If nothing else works, wait for sometime and then try to log in. Sometimes due to heavy traffic, the problems arise. 

Also, since today is the last day of submission of NEET application form (which was extended due to new SC ruling allowing candidates above 25 years to apply), it is likely that you are experiencing this error due to that.
