You have to paste the same photograph as uploaded in the NEET 2021 Application form and it should be very latest, and if you have update your photograph during the NEET 2021 correction window then you should paste the new photograph in the given proforma.

Also for your reference, the list of items is provided below which you need to carry to examination center :-

*** NEET admit card

*** Passport size photograph

*** Postcard size photograph

*** Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card

*** Mask on face

*** Gloves on hand

*** Personal transparent water bottle

*** Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
