If you are not able to download the slip do not worry it may be due to some technical issues or may be the server would be down or your internet connection would not be working properly. So try to check your internet connection and after some time re login to your account and in your account section search for the registration and there you will get the registration form form and try to see if there is any print option . Otherwise go to some cyber cafe he will do it for you.
