Getting an engineering degree will surely help you in getting job abroad but it cannot be ensure completely. The thing is that if you want to work abroad then you have to get a placement in a foreign company, if the college in which your pursuing graduation is NIT, IIT or any other top engineering college then you will have options of getting placed in any foreign company. Or any Indian company that has branches abroad. If you fail to get any placement in college then it will become very difficult and after that the only option you will have his to pursue Masters abroad then you can get job in the country where you will pursue Master's degree.
