For Indian Forest Service, the minimum eligibility is a bachelor’s degree in subjects like Animal Husbandry, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Agriculture/Forestry/Engineering from a recognized university. Since your degree is in Mathematics, that part is fine, but if your university isn’t recognized, then you won’t be considered eligible. You’ll need the degree from a UGC-recognized university.
