You cannot make changes in your JEE Main application form details now as the correction facility is over. I would advice you to make changes in your Aadhaar Card details if the date of birth mentioned in it is wrong. Reach out to your nearest Aadhaar Card centre soon and get the required changes done. You might need Aadhaar Card in future for admission purpose.
