after you making pass in your both subjects in 2021 you can apply to the kvpy. one must maintain a good aggregate in your maths and science subjects of your 10th class which is required about of 75%. and 65 % to SC/ST?pwd candidates.

Candidates must be studying science stream in class 12.  To avail the scholarship, the candidate must secure a minimum of 60% in math and science subjects in class 12th board exams to take up the fellowship. For SC, ST and PWD, the minimum required marks is 50% .

And also your 10th percentage also imporatant, As it is the eligibility factor.
