You didn't mention your category and All India rank here. Now if you are applying for All India quota then you have negligible chances of getting admission in any government College for MBBS or BDS courses. Admission in private medical colleges are done by state quota counselings. The cut off marks varies from state to state and College to college. You have  less chances of getting admission in A category seat in private medical colleges.
