Hello,
Yes you are eligible to appear for jee mains 2018 but you have to check top 20 percentile of your bihar board to check eligibility for admission in NITs or IITs or IIITs or any GFTIs.

Sorry to say, but if you don't have any quota you need minimum of 75% in 12th board to be eligible for JEE MAIN 2019.
