As per the knowledge iit nit iiit and gift's are available upto 34156 approx so if your rank comes in this limit then yeah surely.
But i m sorry to say that your rank >100000 So that why.
But dont lose hope you can get many colleges with your rank. Many colleges accept jee mains rank.
Hope it may help you!!

Hello aspirant,

Ok. First of all congratulations for securing
88 percentile in JEE main 2019. Your rank
would be around 1 lakh, if you want to get in nit like Meghalaya, mizoram, etc or any other lower ranked nit and you have home
state quota then it is possible for sure. But it would not be a wise decision to join it better would be if you can prepare hard for
98, 99+ percentile. If you have done your schooling from cities like Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, etc then you can have home state quota of these state, which have top nit and other premium collage.

Hope you understand,
Thank you.
