Sir I have passed 10th exam. Now which course I will take CBSE or SSC for 12th and for preparing JEE MAINS and ADVANCED.

You should go for CBSE as it was the conducting agency of JEE prior to NATA
And most of the syllabus is from CBSE
it helps you to prepare better
