Hello Chandra, 

I guess intermediate advanced supplementary exams in Telangana will be conducted from may 14th. 

So if you appearing for those exams and asking if you can attend counselling once you pass the exams,  Then yeah you can attend counselling if you get passed in all subjects of intermediate(+1 & +2).
