sir I have problem in login in laptop

Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection as that may be the problem because of which you can not login. Also make sure that you are entering the user id and the password correctly. Also if there is heavy traffic to the network ( many people are trying to access it at the same time) then there maybe a delay and you may find difficulty to login. In that case please try after sometime. If you feel the internet connection is not stable then I would suggest that you go to an internet cafe and login and complete the procedure.

If there is an issue with your laptop then you can take it to the service center and get it repaired. Otherwise if a you are unable to login into something on your laptop then you can try it with your mobile first, if you ate able to log in, in your mobile then there might be an issue with your laptop and if you are unable to login into your mobile then there might be an issue in connectivity.
