Hi Candidate,
NTA have not officially announced the cut off lists yet so it's hard to predict your category rank. Your general rank will be around 2.53 lakh. Last year the closing rank for cs( general rank) in DTU ( for outside Delhi region) was around 1756. so it's not possible for you to get a seat at DTU with general category rank.
