as you scored rank is minimal higher so I propose you to go with NCC-A so you will have great opportunities for improving schools according to earlier years cutoff positions and on the off chance that you go with BC-D, you may not get great universities according to your standing (or) classification , rank and branch you pick your school will be chosen so I recommend you to go with ncc-A class
