sir, I have upload my correct photo after I found image discrepancy on login site. but in the admit card the same old photo is there not the updated one. so will I be eligible to give exam or not.

Don't worry some photographs has not been updated and have been accepted by NTA so you are definitely eligible for NEET exam, that's why you got your NEET Admit card.
Also for your reference, the list of items is provided below which you need to carry to examination center :-
*** NEET admit card
*** Passport size photograph
*** Postcard size photograph
*** Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card
*** Mask on face
*** Gloves on hand
*** Personal transparent water bottle
*** Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
