You shpuld give exam for sure which is improvement exam even if you are passed and no need to give all subjects
Just appear for Mathematics which will help you ahead in future opportunities because getting fail in marksheet is not in best interest.
For NEET preparation you must have atleast 50% aggregate marks in PCB in 12th. So if you are well above it no need to re appesr for PCB in improvement exam.
Just clear Mathematics which is enough.
