Hello Jay,

Admission to government medical colleges is done under two categories. All India quota (15%) and state quota(85%). Each state declares a seprate merit list for candidates of that state.

With 320 marks in NEET it will be difficult to get any government college under all India category. Also it will be difficult to get government college in your state, but still you can try your luck and go for state medical counselling process.

Also you can opt for various private colleges which will provide you admission to MBBS course.
