Sir i m jee mains percentile is 96.3 and my rank is 41387 which colleges can i get

Hey there,
With this much score in jee mains examination your chances of getting the top colleges is very low. You should apply for northeastern gftis like Tezpur University or Assam University etc. You can also apply for NIT Agartala or Mizoram etc.
You should go for the civil engineering branch or the chemical engineering branch there.
