How your doing so as per query you had already paid the fees that was mentioned in the admission letter and you had got the joing letter so if u had paid the fees that your seat is saved but you have to select choice 3 so that you can get other college if get that college that fees will be transferred to that college so you need not apply for refund the board will refund
