This is because,
You have got only 36 marks in total of theory+ practical in your Chemistry ,
it means you have failed in your theory examination of chemistry , but to be eligible for neet examination one needs to pass is theory examination and practical Examination separately and needs to get at least a minimum of 50% marks(practical+theory) taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories .

So you are not eligible for neet examination as you have failed in you theory examination of chemistry
