I will provide you formula it will help you to predict the rank.Rank=(total number of students -(percentile*0.01*number of students)). The total number of students is 9.65 lakh.
If you got more than 70% above  you may be eligible for jEE advance.
The official rank was decided by NTA on basis of two exams it means best of two exams score.for official rank of you percentile you should wait upto April.

Your score is good. Congratulations on getting such good percentile. your expected rank is unpredictable as this time the exam is happening twice.
