If you will complete your B com from IGNOU in December 2021 you will be able to appear for CAT EXAM in January 2022.  IGNOU 2021 Admission procedure Will be conducted by Indira Gandhi National open University. From 2020 exam is conducted by NTA . The exams for various courses will be organized in two sessions ie in January and July. Admission to management Programs will be through OPENMAT score
