Dear Alisa, Under Assam's rules, a student is eligible for admission to its medical or dental colleges under the state quota only if his/her father or mother has lived in the state continuously for not less than 20 years, and he/she has done his Classes VII to XII in Assam. The rule allows relaxations for the sons and daughters of officers of the all-India services posted in Assam, and those whose parents are state or central government employees posted/deputed outside Assam. So if your parents have lived in Assam, you can avail Assam domicile and there by be eligible for he State's NEET reservations.

Studying in a state doesn't mean that you are a domecile of that state you must be born in that place so you should have your birth certificate which will be used to make your domecile. Without domecile you won't be considered eligible for neet state quota.
