As per the age limit criteria of NDA  2022 , candidate must be between 16.5-19.5 years. And to appear in nda 2022,for NDA I it should be between 2003 to 2006 and for NDA II it  should be 2004 to 2007. So, yes, you are eligible for both NDA I and NDA II 2022.
