I dont believe with an ST Rank of 673 in JEE Main Paper 2, youll be able to secure a seat in some of the NITs or SPA or GFTIs for B.Arch Courses. You may perhaps try for State Architecture Colleges or many Good Private Universities accepting JEE Main Paper 2 Score.

As per the cutoff trends for JEE mains paper 2, with this rank and category your chances of getting a seat in NIT are low.
