Hello,

You have not mentioned about which counselling your query is regarding about. Generally counselling takes place in various phases and candidates can participate in any phase. You will be eligible for second phase even of you cancel your admissions in first phase. I suggest you to talk to the officials you will find the contact details in the official website.
