I haven't understood your question are you talking about seat reservation in Telangana for MBBS?

If your question is like this then let me help you out

.

15% seats are reserved for SC candidates.

7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates.

27% seats are reserved for OBC candidates.

While other students admission will be done on NEET score.

While 5%  Seats are reserved for PHC

.
