Sir if alloted BDS seat in 2 nd round of NEET UG counseling then can I apply for upgradation to MBBS in mop-up for central universities

Hi !

Yes , you can definately apply for upgradation to any college or any course after seat allotment also , but you should take the particular seat alloted to you in case of AIQ . Then after going to the college you can choose upgradation option. In case of state counselling , you can select option"Keep seat and attend further rounds".
