Your question is not clear enough to understans but I will tell you the process which might help you in getting the seat. The fees are first required to be paid at the time of the registration for the counselling process. After that you need to pay the fees for the confirmation of your admission in the allotted institute. If you are not paying the fees then your allotted seat will be cancelled and you will be eligible for the next round of the counselling. Also there is no need to pay the fees frequently as the fees are required to be paid for the perticular stage of the counselling process and not every time. So if you are going for the third round then there is no requirement of the fees payment except at the time of confirmation.
