Yes definitely you can get admission in any iit even though your result declared at late for that you just need to write a letter to the vice chancellors of your university and asking for your result to be declared earlier in special cases. Since there is late in declaring of result while copies are checked quite earlier so during documents verification you get a letter signed by your vice chancellor confirming that you are passed in all subjects successfully and result will be provided, meanwhile you can show result of your previous semester or year.
