Hi Deepak,
There are total 15 medical colleges for MBBS and BDS in MP. As the cut off changes every year, your score should be near 400 this year.
If your Physics is weak, you can just refer NCERT reference book and watch some online lectures on youtube. That will be helpful. Because only one subject will not work. It will affect your score. Try to give more time to Chemistry. And you can revise Biology as it is strong for you.
