Yes, you can definatley give GATE 2019 & IIT Madras has declared the eligibility criteria of GATE 2019.

Academic Qualifications

• Candidatesshould have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Master’s degree (M.Sc) in any relevant science subject or must be in the final year of the programme.

• While applying for GATE 2019, there is no minimum pass percentage in the qualifying degree.

Age Limit - There is no age limit for applicants of GATE.
