Hi,
Being OBC, you have a good chance of getting higher ranked NITs with 77 percentile. You should keep the hope up and apply for all NITs and other universities very carefully during counselling, and you should be able to get your dream college if you apply smartly. take assistance of your coaching teachers if you have any, they will be the best at helping you with this.
