Hey!!
We should fill our choices from top to bottom
The first counselling of josaa is completed
So you should apply for 2nd counselling
In josaa if your eligible for the first option they will give it
Other wise they will choice the next option based on your eligibility

Hi divya ,
You need to fill your choices from top to dottom means the one which is your desired college must be on the top and then so on.
As during the councelling process the first priority is checked and if you are passed with the cutoff then it will get locked and no more execution or else the second one is given importance. It works on loop execution.

Hope it helps!!
