see I guess at the time of entrance test it may not create any issue but at the time of document verification you have to explain the mistakes of dob, so it would be best to make a query or send email to the respective authority for correction.
At the day of entrance test you have to carry the below items with hall ticket :
Photo identity proof issued by the government ( Driver’s license,voter ID card, passport, etc.).
Copy of caste certificate (if belongs to reserved category in application).
Print out of TS EAMCET Application form with photograph and signature affixed.
Black ball point pen.

As it was in your hall ticket , perhaps there will be no issues ,but while counselling before the authority questions you make sure you correct it .and it's is basic one which is considered everywhere as a agelimit .so make sure it is correctly printed in application and later on your admit card ,rank card .
