if i would say not only for knit sultan pur but for many colleges like this IT branch hold better placements compared to mechanical branch as mechanical. is core so core companies generally visit less in colleges that doesnt mean its not good it depends on your interests as well ... As more brighter govt. opportunity are also in mech. not seen in IT
